If double vision and blurry vision are found, please check your item as the below suggestions:

1. Please check if you remove the protective film on the lens, remove the protect films and CLEAN the lenses before use.

2. Please check if your video and pictures are 3D format, and if they are clear enough. Please choose the clear 3D videos and pictures to watch.

3. Please make the boundary of your videos and pictures align the boundary of the VR glasses when put the smartphones in the VR.

4. Please wear the VR glasses, then adjust pupil distance by rolling the gear on the top, and adjust the object distance by turning the left and right knobs until get the best 3D vision. (You need to take few seconds to adapt the 3D vision after adjustments.)

For me, I maximize the pupil and object distance to get the best 3D effect for my iPhone 6 plus.

3. We have downloaded some apps (Discovery VR, Inspection: VR & 360 Videos, YouVisit VR, VR Video World and VeeR VR) on iphone and android phones for test our 3D VR glasses. They are working perfect.
