The flash-link updater updates the firmware on all of our new digital modules. It includes windows (98/2000/xp/vista) flashlink manager and a usb cable and requires a pc with an internet connection to upgrade/downgrade the firmware version on any of our supported modules.every new update-able module comes preloaded with the latest firmware so updates are optional not mandatory. Every updatable module is branded with a unique serial number that allows to view the preloaded firmware version the update history including the current firmware version and any update errors in real time.
